Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges are welcome, see conditions below.
Since each piece is handcrafted with natural crystals, we do not accept returns. Once order is processed, no cancellations are accepted.

We hope that you love your order but if for some reason you are unsatisfied please contact us so we may remedy it!

Exchanges:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery date.

Conditions of exchange:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. Items must be shipped back in original packaging or protective packaging. If item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items returned in used or damaged condition will be returned to customer.
