What we offer: Crystal and color exchanges on existing designs to make each piece uniquely yours.

Processing time: Approximately 1-12 weeks depending on material availability. An estimate will be provided after review.

Please note that mock-up images are not provided prior to production. We kindly ask that you trust our artistic experience as we bring your vision to life. To ensure accurate results, we encourage you to share reference images and as much detail as possible. The more we know, the closer we can get to the piece you imagine.

Please note that all custom orders are final sale. No returns, exchanges or alterations are accepted. Every detail of your final design will be thoughtfully reviewed and confirmed with you prior to payment.
